DBN Amarvilla successfully organised a Faculty Development Programme on *"Transformative Teaching Pedagogies and the Role of Technology in the Changing Landscape of the Indian Education System,"* bringing together the teaching fraternity of DBN Amarvilla for an enriching and insightful learning experience.

The workshop, led by renowned educationist and personality coach *Mr Harish Raina*, offered valuable insights into competency-based education, experiential learning, the Panchadi System, digital education, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in classrooms, NEP 2020, the three-language strategy, HPC (Happy, Productive and Creative) mental well-being, and the development of essential 21st-century skills.

Through interactive discussions, practical strategies, and meaningful reflections, the workshop empowered teachers to embrace innovative teaching practices and prepare students for a dynamic, technology-driven future.
